2. Refund Policy: We strive to deliver exceptional results and client satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary.

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or deliverables as outlined in the initial contract. If there is a demonstrable failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline, and the delay is not due to client-side issues or force majeure events.

2.2 Refund Request Process: To request a refund, clients must:

Submit a written refund request within 30 days of the service delivery date. Include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request, along with any supporting evidence. Allow our team up to 14 business days to review and respond to the request.

2.3 Refund Calculation:

Full Refund: Available if the service has not yet commenced or no work has been delivered. Partial Refund: Calculated based on the proportion of work completed versus the total scope of the project.

2.4 Non-Refundable Services: Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Monthly retainer fees after the work has commenced for that period. Completed project deliverables that have been approved by the client.

3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that clients may need to cancel services for various reasons. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

3.1 Cancellation Process: To cancel a service, clients must:

Provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Specify the reason for the cancellation and any relevant details.

3.2 Cancellation Fees:

No fee will be charged if the cancellation notice is received at least 14 days before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the next billing cycle may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the upcoming month's service fee.

3.3 Impact on Deliverables:

Upon cancellation, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered to the client in its current state. Any remaining balance for work completed but not yet paid will become immediately due.

4. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a disagreement regarding refunds or cancellations, clients are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to a mutually agreed-upon mediator or arbitration service.

5. Amendments: Our agency reserves the right to amend this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to the policy at least 30 days in advance.
